1. Who we are and how to contact us
The Services are provided by 1MSManager. If you have any questions about this Policy or your data, you can contact us at info@1msmanager.com or through the support section inside the 1MSManager dashboard and on our website.
2. What our product does
1MSManager is a SaaS tool that helps you import products from Amazon, list and manage them on eBay, and track stock and prices with repricing rules. The 1MSManager Web Extension is a Chrome extension that helps you send product information from Amazon to your 1MSManager account. The Extension cannot work on its own; you need a 1MSManager account and an active login.
3. What data we collect
We only collect data that we need to run the Service.
- Information you provide: account details (such as email, name, username, contact details, country), profile and settings (language, default profit margin, time zone), and content you create (titles, descriptions, templates, bulk job settings, messages).
- Data from connected platforms: from Amazon we read product information from pages you open (titles, descriptions, prices, images, item details); from eBay we receive listing information, orders, and related settings needed to publish and manage your listings.
- Payment and billing data: limited billing details from our payment provider (such as Stripe), including customer and subscription IDs, card brand and last 4 digits, plan and invoice information. We do not store full card numbers or security codes.
- Usage and technical data: log and diagnostic information (for example IP address, browser type, error messages) and high level feature usage at account level, used to keep the Service stable and secure.
4. What the Extension does and does not do
The 1MSManager Web Extension is designed only to help you move products from Amazon to 1MSManager and then to eBay. It reads product information from Amazon pages you open and uses your existing 1MSManager and eBay login sessions to send that product data to your account.
The Extension collects product information from Amazon pages, your extension settings (such as default stock and profit margin), and simple queues for bulk jobs. It does not collect your general browsing history, emails, private messages, personal documents, credit card details, or precise device location, and it does not include advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or analytics SDKs.
5. How we use your data
We use your data to create and manage your 1MSManager account, pull products from Amazon and list or update them on eBay, track stock and prices, run bulk jobs and automations you configure, provide support and communicate with you, process payments and subscriptions, improve stability and security of the Service, and provide optional AI features such as rewriting titles and descriptions, suggesting categories, and improving images.
6. Legal bases for processing
Depending on your location and applicable data protection law, we process your data when it is necessary to perform our contract with you, when we have a legitimate interest in improving security, preventing fraud, fixing errors, and understanding which features are used in a way that does not unfairly impact your rights, and when you have given consent for certain optional features such as some types of marketing communications. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
7. Amazon and eBay access
For Amazon, we only read product information from the pages you open (titles, prices, images, item details). For eBay, we use authorizations you grant to create and update listings, manage inventory and prices, access orders and related settings, and send or automate messages related to these listings. We do not store your Amazon or eBay passwords, and you can revoke access at any time from those platforms.
8. AI features and third party services
To provide AI and automation features, we may send product titles, descriptions, item details, and images to trusted third party providers such as AI text services, image tools, payment processors, cloud hosting and database providers, and a basic currency rate API. We do not sell your data and we only share it with providers who help us deliver the Service under contracts that require them to protect your information.
9. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in and secure your session, remember basic preferences such as language, and store some settings locally in your browser or in the Extension (such as default stock, margin, and simple status flags). You can control cookies and storage through your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly if you block or delete them.
10. How long we keep your data
We keep your data only for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal or accounting requirements. Account and profile data is kept while you have an account and for a reasonable period afterward. Product and listing data is kept while you use the Service and as needed to handle disputes, compliance, or audits. Logs and technical data are kept for limited periods for security and troubleshooting, and temporary drafts and images are stored only for limited lifetimes or until cleaned up. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access your personal data, correct inaccurate or incomplete data, request deletion in certain situations, restrict or object to certain types of processing, receive your data in a portable format where applicable, and withdraw consent where processing is based on your consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.
12. How we protect your data
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including modern authentication and encryption for logins and communication, secure storage of passwords with specialized identity providers, limited access to data for staff and systems that need it, and rate limits and monitoring to reduce abuse and fraud risks. No online service can be completely risk free, but we work to keep your information as safe as reasonably possible.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
1MSManager is a tool to help you manage listings, prices, and automation. It does not guarantee sales, profit, or any particular financial result. You remain fully responsible for your pricing and listing decisions, compliance with marketplace rules (including Amazon and eBay policies), and compliance with tax, consumer, and other applicable laws in your business.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of business opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services. We do not accept responsibility for trading, pricing, or business losses that occur when you rely on our tools, automations, or AI suggestions. Our total liability in connection with the Services is limited to the amount you have paid us for the portion of the Service giving rise to the claim, over a reasonable look back period defined by applicable law. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. Children's data
Our Services are aimed at businesses and adult users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has used our Service and provided personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make important changes, we will notify you through the app or on our website and update the last updated date at the top. If you continue to use the Services after the changes take effect, you are agreeing to the updated Policy.
